Support WTS

Generous gifts strengthen comprehensive writing support at every level

The Campus Writing Program and Writing Tutorial Services serve faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates by offering course consultations, writing groups, and one-on-one tutoring sessions to help students become more confident and knowledgeable writers.

Donor support shapes these programs by providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for tutors. This training enables WTS tutors to conduct over 7,000 high-quality appointments per year at our main location in the Wells Library, at the Academic Support Centers, and at several culture centers across campus.

Writing Tutorial Services provides free, 1-on-1 support for any stage of the writing process.

Writing Tutorial Services trains dozens of tutors and supports thousands of students every year in developing their writing skills.
