For IFS students only, WTS will be open from August 2 through August 14. From 8/2-8/4, WTS will be open for online tutoring only from 7-10 pm. From August 8-14, IFS students can choose either in-person or online sessions during the hours of 2-4 pm or 8-10 pm.
For a list of in-person locations and hours, please see our locations & hours page.
Please note the following if you choose an online appointment: 45-minute online tutorials will be offered through Zoom. Visit our online tutoring page for more information about scheduling and participating in an online tutorial. To make an online appointment, you will visit our schedule and login as usual. After you make an appointment, you will receive an e-mail from your tutor with a Zoom link and password that you can use to access your tutorial. We will e-mail this information to you at least an hour before your appointment. Please be sure that you have opted-in to receiving e-mails from us. If you don’t receive the e-mail, please return to your appointment in the schedule or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In accordance with Indiana University's response to Covid-19, masks are optional at WTS beginning on March 4. However, because in-person tutoring requires close contact, we encourage you to wear a high-quality mask (for example, surgical or KN95) in order to protect yourself and your tutor. Masks are available at our desk if you need one. If you would prefer not to wear a mask, please consider choosing one of our Online tutors.
