How to schedule an appointment

Note: if you are scheduling an online appointment, please visit our online scheduling page to find out more.

Wells Library Learning Commons
To schedule a free 50-minute in-person or online tutorial, use our online schedule at WCONLINE. If you're having trouble, please stop by WTS on the first floor of the Learning Commons of the Wells Library or e-mail us at wts@iu.edu. To be assured of an appointment with the tutor who will know most about your class, please see the information below about online scheduling and subject-specific tutoring and schedule your appointments well in advance.

Academic Support Centers (ASCs)
Sign up on-site for free 25-minute or 50-minute in-person tutorials at Briscoe, Forest, or Teter (sessions start on the hour and half hour only).

Culture Centers
Sign up via WCONLINE for free 25-minute or 50-minute in-person tutorials at any Culture Center location.

Online scheduling and Course-specific tutoring at Wells location

WTS uses WCONLINE to schedule tutoring appointments at the Wells Library and Culture Center locations. When booking at the Wells Library location in particular, we encourage you to use the "Limit-to" drop down menu in the online schedule to find tutors with focus options that match your current project. Please note that other WTS locations are walk-in only and provide generalist tutoring sessions.

After clicking the button below, please do the following:

1) Sign into your account (you will need to complete a one-time registration using your IU e-mail if this is your first time using WCONLINE at IUB).

2) Use the "Limit-to" dropdown menu to select the focus option for which you'd like tutoring help.

3) Find an open appointment (white spaces) on the schedule.

4) Complete the questions on your appointment form.

5) Click "Save Appointment" at the bottom of the window.

If you're having trouble or want help identifying an appropriate tutor for your task, please e-mail wts@iu.edu.
