Scholarly Write-in
Spring 2022 (Hybrid)
The Scholarly Write-In, co-hosted by the IU Libraries Scholars' Commons and WTS, is designed for all graduate students—in course work and beyond—to find some solidarity and structure in their week. During spring 2022, we’ll be offering a hybrid model for the write-in—this means you can come join us in person or via Zoom!
Friday morning, starting in the first week of classes (1/10) we will meet in one of two spaces:
In-person -- we’ll meet in the Wells Library, Room E174 (found in the southern breezeway) at 9am, set some goals, work for a few hours, and check-in just before noon to report our accomplishments.
Online -- we’ll meet at 9:00 am in a unique Zoom room, set some goals, work for a few hours, and check-in at noon to report our accomplishments.
These groups are similar to our Dissertation Writing Groups but do not require a semester-long commitment. Show up when you can, and in whichever modality you prefer!
If this program sounds interesting to you, you can sign up to receive weekly email invitations here. If you have any questions, please contact Sean Sidky at ssidky@iu.edu.
This event is co-hosted by the IU Libraries Scholars' Commons and Writing Tutorial Services.
