HTMLPDFOn March 10th, 2020, IU President Michael McRobbie issued a university-wide letter with updates on the university's plans regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The President's recommendations were updated on March 15th with a second university-wide letter indicating that students will not return to campus for the remainder of the Spring semester.
In response to the campus plan, and with the safety and well-being of students and others in mind, Writing Tutorial Services is moving to online-only consultations beginning March 23rd, 2020. In-person tutorials will resume at a later date.
Online tutorials will be offered through Zoom. Visit our online tutoring page for more information about scheduling and participating in an online tutorial. To make an online appointment, you will still visit our schedule and login as usual. The updated schedule is now available for you to start making appointments for March 23rd and beyond. After you make an appointment and several hours before your session, you will receive an email from your tutor with a Zoom link and password that you can use to access your tutorial. We will e-mail this information to you at least an hour before your appointment. If you don’t receive the e-mail, please return to your appointment in the schedule or e-mail us at wts@indiana.edu.
